Return Policy
- Please review the description of items and order details prior to placing order to ensure you are ordering the correct item(s).
- If a mistake has been made on behalf of the Posh Hair Charm Collection or Manufacturer’s defect, please notify us (via the "contact us" page) within 48 hours after receipt of order so that we can take proper steps to have issue rectified or item replaced.
- We will only replace items if we have sent you the wrong item or a defective item.
- We also have the right to decline any items if they have been tampered with or sent back after the 48 hour period.
