Processing Times

1. All orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment has been received and processed.
2. We will NOT be liable for any order delays due to incorrect billing and shipping address. If you realize your address is incorrect, please email us using the CONTACT US FORM or contact us via email at inquiry@poshhaircharm.com, so that we may update it immediately.
3. If BILLING AND SHIPPING address DO NOT MATCH, then your payment will be completely REFUNDED.
4. Allow a processing time of 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for orders containing bundles, closures, frontals, and/or hair products. 
5. Allow a processing time of 14-21 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for custom unit (wig) orders.
6. Allow a processing time of 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for wig maintenance/service orders once units have been received by the Posh Hair Charm Collection. All shipping fees are to be paid by customer.

*Processing times may increase during high volume or promotions and/or sales.

 

Shipping Policy

1. All packages will be sent with a tracking number. Therefore, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email following the shipment of order.
   • Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of said packages. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to carrier delays, holidays, inclement weather, natural disasters, etc.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your package once it has been shipped, please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS), at (800)275-8777.
   • You will not receive a refund for lost or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
2. Signature will be required for all deliveries.
   • If you will not be available at the shipping address provided, at the time of delivery, you may request to have your package held at your local USPS post office.
3. Shipping Times
   • For orders within the United States, orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days), once order has been processed/fulfilled. Please keep in mind that holidays DO NOT COUNT as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
